Since I was young, I have wanted to help people in a variety of ways. I am a natural giver and provider.
As a practicing physician, I find helping people with their Aesthetic concerns very satisfying. The effects of age, time, diet, lack of exercise, show themselves and people need medical aesthetic products and services to help them look and feel their best at home, events and in the workplace.
My specialty interests in Aesthetics include: Body sculpting, body shape and weight management, and injectables, although I am trained in various lasers and other procedures.
As a practicing Aesthetic physician and a Med Spa supervising physician, I enjoy helping other businesses deliver those products and services to their client patients and maximize their aesthetic appearance and their lives, marriages and health.
My practice philosophy revolves around education and personalized medical and aesthetic services. I spend lots of time one-on-one educating my client patients and also making periodic personalized contact with them to ensure that they are happy and healthy with their health, procedures and services.
I have an undergraduate degree in Engineering Physics from Miami University in Ohio. I use this background to develop new ideas for products and services in Aesthetic Medicine and plan someday to hold patents on Aesthetic instruments.
I attended Medical School at the prestigious Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA.
After medical school, I have had diverse clinical training in: Surgery, Orthopaedics, Orthopaedic research, Family Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Fetal Ultrasound, Urgent Care Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine. I am Board certified and re-certified in Family Medicine.
I have two children Ben and Isabella, my dynamic duo. I enjoy my children time, teaching them important life choices, as well as schooling and sports. I fill my free time with cooking, local or remote travel, playing recreational golf, soccer, ice hockey.

In adherence with Board Rule 1.17 and HB 25-1024, our spa Highline Aesthetics and its Medical Director, Michael R. Iannotti, MD, are offering you medical grade aesthetic services delegated from a Physician to licensed delegatees who are trained and certified. This notice is to inform you of the following, all standard and usual and customary according to the Board Rule and HB:
- Michael R. Iannotti, MD is our Medical Director, Board Certified in Family Medicine and extensively trained in medical grade aesthetic consultations and procedures, and
- Dr. Iannotti delegates his licensure and authority to practice to the contractors/employees, licensed and unlicensed, of this aesthetic spa, so he/she may provide services to you today, such that the licensed and unlicensed persons are trained and certified and delegated authority by a licensed Physician, and
- Any delegatee whom practices outside of his/her scope of practice, does so per Dr. Iannotti’s authority with training and advanced certification from third party agencies, and
- Dr. Iannotti is available for pre-procedure advice, consultation or post-procedure advice, complication treatment, remedy or consultation and his phone number is: 303-929-9771 and his email is: [email protected].

- Copy of this informed consent will be posted in the reception area/room of the medi spa and also saved with the medical chart for seven (7)years total. After seven (7) years, patient charts may be destroyed by state law.
